Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between RealEstateAI ("Service", "we") and you ("User") when using our platform at https://estatepro.house.

By registering or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Offers

RealEstateAI provides:

  • Property management with photos and descriptions.
  • AI-powered property description generation (OpenAI GPT-4).
  • Public property pages with lead capture forms.
  • Transaction and listing checklists.
  • Lead notifications by email and WhatsApp.
  • Analytics and statistics (Pro plan only).

3. Account Registration

  • A valid email address is required to register.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account at support@realestateai.app.
  • Each user may hold only one account.
  • For security, only one active session per account is supported. Signing in on a new device automatically terminates the previous session.

4. Plans and Billing

4.1 Free Plan

  • Up to 3 active property listings.
  • Up to 5 AI description generations per day.
  • Core CRM and checklist features.

4.2 Pro Plan

  • Unlimited property listings.
  • Unlimited AI description generations.
  • WhatsApp lead notifications.
  • Advanced analytics and reporting.

The Pro plan is billed monthly via Stripe. Charges are processed automatically on your renewal date. You may cancel at any time; Pro features remain available until the end of the current billing period.

We do not issue refunds for already-paid periods unless required by applicable law.

5. User Content

  • You retain all ownership rights to the content (text, photos, property data) you upload to the Service.
  • By uploading content you grant the Service a non-exclusive licence to store, display, and reproduce that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
  • You warrant that you have the right to use any content you upload and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
  • You must not upload content that is unlawful, contains false property information, pornographic material, hate speech, or is otherwise prohibited.

6. Acceptable Use

By using the Service you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt unauthorised access to Service systems.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to place excessive load on the Service.
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings.
  • Attempt to circumvent plan limits (including AI generation quotas).

7. AI-Generated Content

Descriptions generated by artificial intelligence are provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any specific purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and publishing AI content.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use or inability to use the Service, including lost profits or data loss.

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms or for other reasonable causes, with notice sent to your registered email. You may delete your account at any time from Settings or by contacting us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Israel.
